Since the pandemic, more states have allocated funds for homeschooling. Below is a link to check if your state has these funds available. This is a great marketing tool to help you establish your student base. Furthermore, If approved for the program, you will get access to your back office through the FMS Vortex system. You will have your Zoom link and training on setting up your YouTube channel there.
On your YouTube channel, you will introduce yourself, what grades and subjects you will teach, and your unique style and technique for teaching those subjects. Although we still want good, quality education, we want excitement, uniqueness, and enthusiasm to present your subject matter to the student. Remember, your ability to appeal to the potential student or parent determines your pay. The more attraction and demand you have in presenting yourself as a teacher, the more potential you have to earn.
We will be branding our Teachers and looking to get them EXPOSURE. This would sometimes drive STUDENTS to them DIRECTLY, and they would receive Compensation.

Pay Structure for Online Teachers Wanted
As with any program or job, you want to know your pay. This program is no different. Since you will be an Independent Contractor, your payment is exceptional and is essentially determined by you. You can make as much as your time will allow. With each class maxing out at 500 students and your ability to teach multiple grades and subjects, your pay is only hindered by your ability to draw students to your platforms.
Also, with our FMS vortex platform, you will gain access to other programs you can market. Not only will you be able to access the teaching platform and promote it to friends and family and advertise yourself, but in the FMS Vortex, you will also have access to those inside programs. The choice is really up to you. As you will be an independent contractor, your earning potential in this program is virtually limitless.
- When the student accesses a class, $10 is credited to the teacher’s wallet per student per monthly call. So if they teach 100 students in a session, it is $1000 for that Session for the month. 500, would be $5000.00. And so on. Max we allow is 500. More need to go to a different Class or Teacher. By Design.
- No Break in pay. The pay structure is set up on a 12-month pay cycle.
- Students can Attend up to 5 Classes Daily, Grades 1 through 8.
- Students in grades 9 through 12 are allowed to attend up to 6 classes daily.
- We will set up the pay structure in the FMS vortex system. We will also cover your fees when you sign up for the Zoom classroom. Training for YouTube and instruction on the curriculum material will be provided.
- As part of the FMS vortex platform, you can earn more money by promoting the goods and services offered in this program. You can potentially build a huge customer base or even partnerships and teams in the United States and worldwide.
Criteria and Requirements For Application:
In our pursuit of creating an online education alternative that stands out as exceptional and distinct from other platforms, it’s crucial to ensure the excellence of our instructors, teachers, and tutors. This emphasis on distinction extends to every aspect of our approach. We unequivocally guarantee a truly unparalleled learning experience by maintaining high standards for our educators. We want our program’s loving, compassionate, exciting, enthusiastic, and educated teachers. No couch potatoes or others are out there; they want to make a paycheck.
The way this program is set up, you won’t produce the funds you like unless you’re unique. Remember, your attraction is what will draw the students to you. However, we will have marketing to get the student base into the program. Whether they select you as the teacher is strictly in your hands, and recall, you will pay per student. Not per class.
Here are the Criteria we are looking for in our online teachers:
- Need a 4-year degree in teaching.
- Experience in the teaching field. Former colleague graduates are teachers who encouraged students to Apply.
- You must love to teach and have something to offer outside the ordinary. We are not looking for someone to earn a check.
- The payment structure will be as follows: You will need to join the FMS Vortex through DTCA.
- You must create a YouTube channel and video showcasing your unique qualifications and talent and introduce yourself to potential students and their families. (Training and instruction will be provided.)

Cost and fees:
As we are not getting government funding to open our school, we ask that the teachers help offset the cost. Although we will gain most of the income from the student enrollment fees to pay teacher pay, some of the technical and support fees will need to cover by the teacher. Look at it like operation costs. As an IC status teacher, these fees can be tax dectubtible.
So, let’s look at the fees involved.
- $50 – Annual enrollment: As a private school, we report all staff for taxation purposes and operational functions. Because you will be part of Brainfood Academy, this is your private yearly access to operate within the confines of our program.
- $59.95 – Monthly access fee. We need a robust security system because we are building our foundation for curriculum, resources, and student base. As a result, we have purchased the aid of some of the most skilled IT gurus in the market. Partnering with the ZOOM platform, they combined their knowledge to build a Brainfood Academy second-to-noon platform. If you are familiar with technology and security, it is not cheap. To help keep the cost of admission low, we ask the teacher to help offset this cost by supporting with a monthly access fee.
This access fee will cover
- Personal Zoom account.
- Your back office.
- Resource material.
- Security for your student base.
- Access to your payroll dashboard.
- Brainfood Academy Curriculum.
- As well as any new information released throughout the years exclusive to Brainfood Academy.
